Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Our goal is to make our refund process fair while ensuring that we can continue to offer quality training and reserve spots for serious applicants. This refund policy applies to both our Unarmed Security Guard Training and Armed Security Guard Training programs.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • 72 Hours or More Before Class – If you cancel your registration at least 72 hours before the scheduled start of your class, you will receive a full refund.

  • Less Than 72 Hours Before Class – Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled class start date are non-refundable. However, you may request to transfer your registration to a future class date (subject to availability).

  • No-Show Policy – If you fail to attend a scheduled class without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

Rescheduling

  • If you notify us at least 48 hours before your class, you may reschedule once at no additional cost.

  • Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

Class Cancellations by Us

  • In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances (such as range closures, instructor emergencies, or low enrollment), you will have the option to either:

    • Transfer to a future class date at no extra cost, or

    • Receive a full refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Any state licensing fees, background check fees, or third-party costs are non-refundable once submitted.
